Shipping & DELIVERY

  • All Etteva products are made to order.

    Production time: 2–5 business days
    During peak seasons or launches, production may take slightly longer.

  • Shipping time begins after production is complete.

    Estimated shipping times: 3–5 business days

  • Total Processing Time: Orders on average take 5–10 business days.

  • Shipment Notifications: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.

  • Tracking: After your item has shipped, please refer directly to the shipping carrier’s tracking system (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other service) for the most up-to-date delivery status.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Etteva LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Responsibility transfers to the carrier once your order has been handed off. Customers must file any claims for lost or damaged packages directly with the shipping carrier used for delivery.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If we request a return for inspection, please pack securely and include your order number in the box.

  • We only ship to the US, we hope we will be able to ship to other countries soon.

RETURNS & refunds

Hey — since all of our products are made just for you, we can’t accept general returns or exchanges. That includes:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your mind

  • Accidentally picking the wrong item

We highly recommend checking the sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

Something Wrong With Your Order?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect — we’ve got you.

Just reach out within:

  • 30 days of receiving your order, or

  • 30 days after the estimated delivery date if your package never shows up

Send us:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A quick description of what’s wrong

If it’s a mistake on our end, we’ll replace it or refund you at no extra cost.

Shipping Issues

Wrong address entered at checkout?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it — but you’ll be responsible for the reshipping cost. So please double-check your shipping details before ordering.

Unclaimed packages:
If a package goes unclaimed and gets returned, reshipping costs will apply. If we don’t hear from you within 30 days, the item may be disposed of without refund.
